  • Ensure that all pre-contracting and contracting activities are being carried out in accordance with company’s procedure
  • Negotiate, monitor, draft and administrate contracts (Master Service Agreement/MSA, Job Order, Service Order, Change Order, etc.) between the company and service providers

  • Support Company’s departments for the management and accomplishment of the annual procurement plan
  • Issue Request for Quotations, Request for Proposals and Request for Information for Services and lead the bidding process including responses to queries, prepare bid comparison tables, evaluate proposals, and make commercial recommendations to internal contract owners
  • Execute contractual documents and ensure correct process if followed for approvals, signatures, legal reviews and maintain contracts records in accordance with the company’s records retention policy
  • Assist in identifying local and non-local sources of supply and serve as advisor to local contractors
  • Create new vendors and process vendor updates ensuring all appropriate documentation is properly completed and filed
  • Revise service Purchase Requisitions and create Purchase Orders in accordance with the contracts
  • Interact between company and MMH and Ministry of Commerce to ensure company compliance with Equatorial Guinea regulations
